Returns, refunds and exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, we do offer a refund or credit note of the amount minus 10% restocking fee per item within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original state, with the original packaging and not damaged in any way. Shipping back to us is to be arranged and paid for by the purchaser. Sale items are non-refundable, and not exchangeable or eligible for a credit note. Items that are custom ordered or made for you cannot be returned or exchanged.

Where your item is faulty we will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible for no extra charge (assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered). Please retain your receipt.

Due to the nature of requesting decor items on our website, sometimes there is a possibility that designers might not be able to make the item anymore. In that case, if the requested item has not been confirmed by a designer, a full refund, credit note or an exchange will be offered for that particular item.
